Our delivery service is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is carried out using our own refrigeration machine, without external suppliers. Please note that deliveries can arrive at any time during this period, without a specific time.
So that we can plan your order, we ask you to register it at least one day before delivery. A representative will contact you by phone to confirm the products and delivery. Our custom cakes are unique works of art, and prices vary depending on the complexity of the model. The basic price is 150 lei/kg. Additional costs may apply for elaborate designs such as human figures, 3D Disney characters, robot figures, handmade flowers, special lace, gold leaf, etc. These additional costs can range from 50 to 1000 lei.

We create individual offers based on various criteria, such as the event date, venue, restaurant, guest arrival time, chosen theme and number of people. Please send us all relevant information kontakt@zoomserie.at, and we will get back to you within a maximum of 2 days with an offer created specifically for you.
After production, our cakes are immediately stored in a semi-Freddo state. This is to preserve freshness and avoid the use of chemical preservatives and freshness-keeping agents in the recipe.
For the best possible quality, we recommend storing our products in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
