Coconut & Mango – two ingredients that bring us the flavors of summer in an incomparable way.
We carefully prepare all ingredients from mango to coconut from scratch to preserve their pure flavors, without any additional ingredients. To harmoniously balance the coconut notes, we added a pinch of white chocolate. To top it all off, we use super crispy feuilletine sequins that are lightly dipped in coconut syrup. Served in a glass container, this dessert unfolds its full splendor and can be perfectly combined with a glass of Prosecco, champagne or white wine!
