Profiterole tart

The Profiteroles Tart is a combination of two different main products from the patisserie. The tarts and the profiteroles. We prepare the choux pastry, add pastry cream and cover it with high-quality dark chocolate. We fill the tart with vanilla cream. It is a fabulous old new product as Zoomserie always serves to surprise its customers.
