If you have ordered a product on www.zoomserie.ro and when you collect it does not correspond to the description and specifications on the website or to the information you provided when ordering, you may refuse to collect the product or return the product within Send it back within 24 hours and you will get your money back in full.

The manufacturing of the products influences the results.

The products shown in the images on www.zoomserie.ro are for presentation purposes only, their decoration is standard, with the possibility of adding accessories depending on the ability of www.zoomserie.ro to meet your needs. When ordering online, you can choose an individual decoration, which will later be confirmed by the www.zoomserie.ro employee over the phone.

The cakes are not always identical as they are handmade and may have minor changes depending on the quantity (the pictures may show smaller or larger cakes than the quantity you requested).

For each custom cake, depending on the model chosen and the number of portions desired, the minimum quantity required for its production is confirmed and you must accept a margin of +/- 500 grams of the quantity confirmed via www.zoomserie.ro. Since this is a different project, we can only approximate the minimum quantity required for production.

Cancellation of orders

For custom-made items, due to the complexity of the decorative elements, the order can be canceled before delivery, with a minimum deadline equal to the production time. (Example: For a cake with a production time of 48 hours, the order can be canceled at least 2 days before delivery). If you cancel your order after production has begun, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid at the time of ordering.

The customer is obliged to respect the collection date of the order. Any change in the collection date can be made by telephone or by email to comenzi@zoomserie.ro, with a telephone confirmation by the bakery. Failure by the customer to collect the product on the agreed date and not communicating the change by telephone will result in a tacit cancellation of the order.
