Return policy

If you ordered a product from www.zoomserie.at and it does not match the description and specifications on the website or your order details upon collection, you can refuse acceptance. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Once the product has been delivered to you, returns and refunds are no longer possible.

The products shown on www.zoomserie.at are for illustrative purposes only. Their decoration is standard, although accessories can be added depending on availability. For online orders, you can select personalized decorations, which will then be confirmed by phone by a member of the www.zoomserie.at team.

Personalized cakes are unique because they are handmade and may have slight variations depending on the quantity (the cakes shown may be smaller or larger than the quantity you ordered).

For each personalized cake, the minimum order quantity will be confirmed, depending on the chosen design and the desired number of servings. Please note that a deviation of 10–20 cakes from the quantity confirmed on www.zoomserie.at is possible. As this is a custom order, we can only provide an approximate minimum order quantity.

cancellation

For personalized products, orders can be canceled up to the production start time due to the complex decorative elements. (Example: With a production time of 48 hours, orders can be canceled up to 2 days before delivery.) If you cancel your order after production has begun, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

The customer is obligated to adhere to the agreed-upon pickup/delivery date. Changes to the pickup date can be communicated via email to kontakt@zoomserie.at. Telephone confirmation from the store is required. If the customer fails to pick up the product on the agreed-upon date and does not notify the store of the change by telephone, the order will be automatically canceled.
