Home delivery?

We do not currently offer a delivery option. However, you can order online via the delivery services of Foodora, Lieferando, and Wolt

Can you also create individual cake models that are not in your portfolio?

We look forward to implementing your creative ideas! Most of our cakes are either designed according to our customers' individual ideas or selected from our existing range.

You have the opportunity to design your own model. While we don't promise to reproduce it identically, we guarantee to make it even better! 😊 So that we can ensure that your idea can be implemented, it is best to send us a picture kontakt@zoomserie.at or via WhatsApp at +43 67 761 781 960. Where can we get information about chocolate bar offers?

We create individual offers based on various criteria, such as the event date, venue, restaurant, guest arrival time, chosen theme and number of people. Please send us all relevant information kontakt@zoomserie.at, and we will get back to you within a maximum of 2 days with an offer created specifically for you.

The Zoomserie freshness guarantee system

After production, our cakes are immediately stored in a semi-Freddo state. This is to preserve freshness and avoid the use of chemical preservatives and freshness-keeping agents in the recipe.

For the best possible quality, we recommend storing our products in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.

About our coffee

We have been in the coffee business since our company was founded in 1981. We are passionate about our coffee and pay attention to every detail.

We travel every year to select the green coffee beans, which we entrust to a reliable local roaster. They roast every two weeks, and we receive the coffee beans every 15 days to degas the coffee and keep it fresh, clear, and clean. For the 2025 harvest, our specialty coffee achieved a quality score of 84.5. We work hard to continuously improve the quality of our specialty coffee.

Zoomserie is a family-owned business based in the mountains of Northern Greece. We deliver our products daily to our stores in Germany, Austria, the UK, and Romania. We follow strict HACCP and quality control protocols to ensure the final product is environmentally friendly not only during production, but also during shipping and packaging. Our products are sold semi-frozen to ensure product freshness without added preservatives or additives.

refund policy
If you have ordered a product from www.zoomserie.at and, upon collection, it does not correspond to the description and specifications on the website or the details you provided in your order, you can refuse collection or return the product within 24 hours and receive a full refund. The manufacturing process influences the outcome. The product photos shown on www.zoomserie.at are for illustrative purposes only; the decorations are standardized. Additional accessories may be added, depending on www.zoomserie.at's capacity. For online orders, you can choose personalized decorations, which will subsequently be confirmed by a www.zoomserie.at employee over the phone. Personalized cakes cannot be identical, as they are handmade, and small variations are possible due to quantity variations (the photos may show cakes that are smaller or larger than the requested quantity). For each personalized cake, the minimum required quantity is confirmed depending on the model chosen and the desired number of portions. A tolerance of +/- 500 grams of the quantity confirmed by www.zoomserie.at must be accepted. Since this is a custom project, we can only provide an approximate minimum required quantity. Order Cancellation For personalized products, the order may be canceled before delivery due to the complexity of the decorative elements. The cancellation must be at least equal to the production time. (Example: A cake with a production time of 48 hours can be canceled at least 2 days before delivery.) If the order is canceled after production has begun, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid at the time of ordering. The customer is obligated to adhere to the pickup/delivery date of the order. Changes to the pickup date can be made by phone or by email to kontakt@zoomserie.at, with telephone confirmation from the pastry shop. If the customer fails to collect the product on the agreed date and does not notify us of any changes by phone, the order will be considered tacitly canceled.
