Baba is a traditional dessert creation meant to remind us of an unforgettable childhood. The recipe for this delicious cake is derived from the dessert Baba au Rhum, a simple dough with soaked dried fruits.

Among our confectioners, Baba is also known as Savarin, sweet and delicious, and brings back many memories. This cake is made with a syrupy dough and a milk cream with a hint of vanilla and almond flavor.
